BRIAN BABINSKI IS A NUDIST WHO WAS CONVICTED ON CHILD MOLESTATION AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES.  

HE IS NOT ON THE ASA CAUTION LIST.  

Brian Babinski was sentenced (circa late 1980s) to 6 years with consecutive 2 year term from San Bernadino County after he pled no contest to felony child molestation and production of child pornography for the charges in Los Angeles; and was found guilty by a jury of sexual exploitation of children in San Bernadino County. Babinski preyed upon children at Blacks Beach, Elysium and other CO facilities. One of his victims was the seven year old daughter of parents from Elysium.
