The American Civil Liberties Union wrote the "Friend of the Court" Brief for Jake Baker saying that his writings do not constitute a threat. The ACLU says there is not threat even though Baker published the name (and in one instance in email, the home address) of a young Japanese woman in his class who he knew. The ACLU does not consider this any threat even though Baker and another man were planning, via e-mail, how to dispose of the body of a victim they were planning to find and kill in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

What follows is some of the most viscious racist, woman-hating pornography in existence. It's important to read it to know what the ACLU will defend as harmless, and also to get to know how much some men hate women. Other than than you might want to avoid it. Consider yourself warned.

Doe was the story where Baker used the actual woman's name from his class. In order to protect the woman we have used the name of Ira Glasser, Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union, and renamed the article: The Goring of Ira Glasser's Sacred Ass
